Section 67 MWRA Board Designation

Section 3 of chapter 372 of the acts of 1984, as amended by chapter 274 of the acts of 2010, is hereby further amended by striking out, in lines 15 and 82 the words "environmental affairs" and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- energy and environmental affairs, or a designee,.

This section allows the Secretary of EEA to designate someone to participate in MWRA board meetings when the Secretary is otherwise unable to attend.
