Section 60 MBTA Project Delivery 1

Subsection (f) of said section 3 of said chapter 161A, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 45, the word "or".

This section, along with one other, provides the MBTA with authorization to utilize the Design, Build, Finance, Operate, Maintain project delivery method.
