Section 59 MBTA Board 1

Section 3 of chapter 161A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 2 and 3, the words "board of directors of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation established in chapter 6C" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority board of directors established in section 7.

This section, along with two others, establishes a new board of directors for the MBTA effective July 1, 2021, after the expiration of the MBTA Fiscal Management and Control Board.
