Section 54 MA State Exposition Building Fund

Section 38B of said chapter 128 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "upkeep", each time it appears, the following words:- , programming, promotion.

This section allows the Massachusetts State Exposition Maintenance Fund to be used for programming and promotional expenditures.
