Section 4 Expansion of Level I Sex Offender Registry Information

Subdivision (2) of section 178K of chapter 6 of the General Laws, as amended by section 6 of chapter 227 of the acts of 2020, is hereby further amended by striking out the words "the department of mental health" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- the department of mental health, the department of housing and community development, the department of public utilities, the department of professional licensure.

This section would add DHCD, DPU, and DPL to the list of agencies permitted access to information on Level 1 sex offenders from SORB.
