Section 84 TNC Assessment Distribution 1

The first sentence of subsection (b) of section 8 of chapter 187 of the acts of 2016 is hereby amended by striking out the figure "0.20" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 1.

This section increases the TNC per-ride assessment to $1.00, of which $0.70 would be dedicated to the Commonwealth Transportation Fund and $0.30 to municipalities.
