Section 8 Delegation Threshold

Section 5 of said chapter 7C, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 4 and 13, both times it appears, the figure "250,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 300,000.

This section increases the dollar threshold from $250,000 to $300,000 for building projects that state agencies or authorities may control and supervise.
