Section 71 MBTA Capital Budget

The third paragraph of said section 20 of said chapter 161A, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out clause (ii) in the third sentence and inserting in place thereof the following clause:- (ii) specify that no proceeds of commonwealth general obligation bonds shall be used to fund an employee's salary; and.

This section makes clear that no proceeds of Commonwealth General Obligation bonds shall be used to fund an MBTA employee's salary.
