Section 61 Nuclear Power Plant Assessment 4

Said section 5K of said chapter 111, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in lines 91 and 92, the words "General Fund and credited to the department" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- Radiation Control Trust account.

This section, along with three others, authorizes the Department of Public Health to assess the operators of nuclear reactors that are in the process of being decommissioned for associated radiation monitoring and emergency planning costs.
