Section 54 Scope of Illegal Tobacco Task Force 2

Said section 40 of said chapter 64C, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 16, the words "illegal tobacco distribution" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- the distribution of tobacco and tobacco products, as defined in section 6 of chapter 270.

This section, along with one other, expands the scope of the Illegal Tobacco Task Force to include vaping products.
