Section 29 Regulatory Modernization 7

Section 4 of said chapter 30A, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 4, after the word "agency", the following words:- , or where an agency is within an executive office, the executive office,.

This section clarifies that an interested person may petition an Executive Office for action on regulations.
