For the operation of the Massachusetts Technology Park Corporation established in
section 3 of chapter 40J of the General Laws and doing business as the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, including the John Adams Innovation Institute and the Massachusetts Broadband Institute; provided, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for MassChallenge to provide support for entrepreneurs to launch and grow new ventures in the commonwealth; and provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the Cambridge Innovation Center for a public-private partnership to address transportation challenges through innovative solutions
