Section 28 Excise on Vapor Products and E-cigarettes 5

Section 67 of said chapter 62C, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "cigar", in lines 7, 8, 23, 33, 35, 49, 65 and 68, each time it appears, the following words:- or vapor product.

These sections apply the current regulatory regime for other tobacco products to vapor products.
