Aims to unify and simplify over 50 state financial aid programs to enhance the application and management process for students and families. Creates a detailed plan for consolidating financial aid programs, streamline workflows, and improve experiences using the current financial aid management tool, MASSAid, or propose a new system if needed. The goal is to improve transparency and efficiency in the distribution of state aid, aligning with the Department of Higher Education's vision of supporting the entire student enrollment lifecycle at state-funded institutions.
