Project to procure and implement the E-CAS platform that can replace the individual aging legacy clinical assessment applications and aggregately host them on a platform with common development tools and a common hosting infrastructure. The goals of the e-CAS platform is to promote configurability and facilitate changes without requiring extensive customization.
