1599-0105 Medically-Assisted Treatment at County Correctional Facilities

For a reserve for costs associated with the delivery of medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder at county correctional facilities in accordance with section 98 of Chapter 208 of the Acts of 2018; provided, that the secretary of administration and finance, in consultation with the commissioner of public health, may transfer funds from this item to state agencies as defined in section 1 of chapter 29 of the General Laws
