4512-0106 | HIV/AIDS Drug Program Manufacturer Rebates Retained Revenue For the department of public health, which may expend not more than $7,500,000 from revenues received from pharmaceutical manufacturers participating in the section 340B rebate program of the Public Health Service Act, administered by the federal health resources and services administration and the office of pharmacy affairs, for activities eligible for the Ryan White Care Act, with priority given to the human immunodeficiency virus and acquired immune deficiency syndrome drug assistance program; provided, that any excess rebate revenue collected beyond the ceiling of this appropriation will be deposited in the general fund; provided further, that services in an amount equivalent to the amount deposited in the general fund be funded through the 4512-0103 appropriation; and provided further, that these services must include activities that would be eligible for coverage through the Ryan White Care Act |
