4510-0712 | Division of Health Care Quality Health Facility Licensing Fee For the department of public health, which may expend not more than $3,118,125 in revenues collected from the licensure of health facilities and individuals applying for emergency medical technician licensure, and recertification for program costs of the division of health care quality and improvement; provided, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenue and related expenditures, the department may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lesser of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate, as reported in the state accounting system |
