4190-0102 | Pharmacy Co-Payment Fee Retained Revenue For the Soldiers' Home in Holyoke, which may expend for the outpatient pharmacy program an amount not to exceed $110,000 from copayments which it may charge to users of the program; provided, that the rates of the copayments and the procedures for their administration shall be determined annually by the Soldiers' Home superintendent; and provided further, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the Soldiers' Home may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate, as reported in the state accounting system |
