4000-0320 | MassHealth Retained Revenue For the executive office of health and human services to expend for medical care and assistance rendered in the current year an amount not to exceed $225,000,000 from the monies received from recoveries and collections of any current or prior year expenditures; provided, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the balance of any personal needs accounts collected from nursing and other medical institutions upon a medical assistance recipient's death and held by the executive office for more than three years may be credited to this item |
