| 1595-1070 | Safety Net Provider Trust Fund For an operating transfer to the Safety Net Provider Trust Fund established pursuant to section 29YYYY of chapter 29 of the General Laws; provided, that these funds shall be expended pursuant to the Safety Net Provider eligibility criteria and payment methodology approved in the MassHealth demonstration pursuant to section 1115 of the Social Security Act, as codified at 42 U.S.C. section 1315 for state fiscal year 2018; and provided further, that all payments from the fund shall be: (i) subject to the availability of federal financial participation; (ii) made only under federally-approved payment methods; (iii) consistent with federal funding requirements and all federal payment limits as determined by the secretary of health and human services; and (iv) subject to the terms and conditions of an agreement with the executive office of health and human services |
