For the purpose of the commonwealth's fiscal year 2018 contributions to the health and welfare fund established under the collective bargaining agreement between the lottery commission and the Service Employees International Union, Local 888; provided, that the contributions shall be paid to the trust fund on such basis as the collective bargaining agreement provides; and provided further, that 25 per cent of the amount appropriated in this item shall be transferred quarterly from the State Lottery and Gaming Fund to the General Fund |
