Transfers between Health Funds
SECTION 71.
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the executive office for administration and finance may transfer up to $15,000,000 from the Commonwealth Care Trust Fund established in
section 2OOO of chapter 29
of the General Laws to the Health Safety Net Trust Fund established in
section 66 of chapter 118E
of the General Laws.
Summary:
This section authorizes the Secretary of Administration and Finance to transfer up to $15 million from the Commonwealth Care Trust Fund to the Health Safety Net Trust Fund.
