MBTA Budget Date Change

SECTION 14.   Section 20 of chapter 161A of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 4, the words, "not later than April 15".
 
 

Summary:
This section eliminates the April 15 statutory date by which the MBTA must submit its final budget to the MBTA Advisory Board, to align better with the state's budget process.
