MassHealth Delivery System Reform Trust Fund Transfer

SECTION 40.   Notwithstanding any other provision of general or special law to the contrary, the secretary of health and human services shall make available $73,500,000 from the MassHealth Delivery System Reform Trust Fund established by section 2SSSS of chapter 29 to the comptroller for deposit in the General Fund not later than June 30, 2017.

This section authorizes a one-time transfer from the MassHealth Delivery System Reform Trust Fund to the General Fund to support the Medicaid program.
