8910-1100 | Prison Industries Retained Revenue For the Middlesex sheriff's office, which may expend for the operation of a prison industries program an amount not to exceed $75,000 from revenues collected from the sale of products for materials, supplies, equipment, recyclable reimbursements, printing services, culinary arts services, maintenance of facilities, and compensation of employees of the program; provided, that for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the office may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system |
