| 8315-1021 | Elevator Inspector Civil Fines RR For the department of public safety, which may expend an amount not more than $155,150 in revenues from fines collected pursuant to section 65 of chapter 143 of the General Laws and fees for appeals of civil fines issued pursuant to section 21 of chapter 22 of the General Laws and said section 65 of said chapter 143; provided, that funds shall be expended for the operation of the department in effectuating a procedure by which all or a portion of the $100 per day fine issued pursuant to said section 65 of said chapter 143 may be waived by the commissioner or his designee |
