| 7066-0050 | BizWorks Grants For the BizWorks Grant Program, formerly known as the Rapid Response incentive program for the community colleges; provided, that these funds shall be distributed by the commissioner of higher education to community colleges through a competitive grant process to allow community colleges to establish workforce training programs that begin within three months of an employer request, accelerated degree programs, or programs scheduled for working adults; and provided further, that the department of higher education shall file a report with the house and senate committees on ways and means not later than February 15, 2017, detailing campuses receiving funds through this item and the criteria used to award funds |
