| 3000-7000 | Children's Trust Fund For the operation of the Children's Trust Fund, including parental education and home visiting programs for at-risk newborns; provided, that if the appropriation is sufficient, services may be made available to all parents under 21 years of age; provided further, that the department shall collaborate with the Children's Trust Fund, when appropriate, to coordinate services provided through this item with services provided through item 3000-7050 to ensure that parents receiving services through this item are aware of all opportunities available to them and their children through the department; and provided further, that priority for services shall be given to low-income parents |
