0910-0210 | Public Purchasing and Manager Program Fees Retained Revenue For the office of the inspector general, which may expend revenues collected up to a maximum of $850,000 from the fees charged to participants in the Massachusetts public purchasing official certification program and the certified public manager program for the operation of those programs; provided, that for the purpose of accommodating discrepancies between the receipt of revenues and related expenditures, the office may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system |
