SECTION 5.   Section 16 of said chapter 6A, as amended by section 1 of chapter 35 of the acts of 2013, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 23, after the words "the division of medical assistance," the following words:- ", the center for health information and analysis" .
 
 

Summary:
This section re-establishes the center for health information and analysis (CHIA) as an entity operating within the executive office of health and human services.
