Nursing Facility Assessment

SECTION 41.   Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the nursing home assessment established by subsection (b) of section 63 of chapter 118E of the General Laws shall be sufficient in the aggregate to generate $220,000,000 in fiscal year 2016.
 
 

Summary:
This establishes that the nursing home user fee will deliver $220 million in fiscal year 2016, which is the same amount as fiscal year 2015.
