Medical Assistance Trust Fund Authority

SECTION 15.   Section 2QQQ of said chapter 29, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words "supplemental Medicaid payments" and inserting in place thereof the following words: -- "Medicaid supplemental and incentive payments."
 
 

Summary:
This section authorizes the Medical Assistance Trust Fund to make incentive payments, in addition to supplemental Medicaid payments, to publicly-owned hospitals, as required under the new Medicaid waiver agreement with the federal government.
