| 3000-2000 | Access Management For regional administration and coordination of resource and referral services; provided, that services shall focus on ensuring families have access to high quality information, resources and referrals that meet their specific needs and are educated regarding cost, quality and availability of early education and out of school time care and that provider development and engagement services support intentional, coordinated and measureable efforts that are aligned with the Massachusetts Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS) and ensure provider access to training and technical assistance that links to the department's licensing requirements and standards; and provided further, that funding for activities shall include, but not be limited to, program coordination and support, voucher management for income eligible families and families referred by the department of transitional assistance, outreach to hard-to-reach populations, intake and eligibility services for families seeking financial assistance to enroll in early education and out of school time programs and resource and referral for families with disabilities in child care programs |
