| Rail and Transit Administration | For the purpose of administrative oversight of Regional Transit Authorities along with essential functions associated with awarding, distributing, and managing transit grants at the State and Federal level. |
| Rail and Transit Infrastructure | For the purpose of providing capital assistance to the Commonwealth's Regional Transit Authorities |
| Regional Transit Service | For the purpose of supporting the operations and maintenance of the Commonwealth Regional Transit Agencies. |
