| Mediation and Adjudication of Labor Disputes | For the purpose of assisting with the prevention of or prompt settlement of labor disputes. |
| Wage Enforcement | For the purpose of enforcing compliance with state and Federal wage and related labor laws through prosecution of offenders, education of employers and employees about prevailing wage, minimum wage, payment of wages, overtime, tip pooling, and child labor laws. |
