| Appeals Court | For the purpose of delivering judicial decisions to citizens of the Commonwealth in matters concerning the appeal of lower court and administrative board decisions |
| Supreme Judicial Court | For the purpose of delivering judicial decisions to citizens of the Commonwealth in matters related to appeal, bail reviews, bar disciplinary proceedings, petitions for admission to the bar, and a variety of other statutory proceedings in addition to oversight responsibility of several affiliated agencies of the Judicial branch. |
