| 1599-0026 | Municipal Regionalization and Efficiencies Incentive Reserve                     For a reserve for $3,750,000 for a multi-year competitive grant program to provide financial support for 1-time or transition costs related to regionalization and other efficiency initiatives, with allowable applicants to include municipalities, regional school districts, school districts, regional planning agencies and councils of government; provided, that funds may be expended by the Edward J. Collins, Jr. Center for Public Management at the University of Massachusetts at Boston's McCormack Graduate School of Policy Studies for a program of performance management, accountability and transparency for local governments; and provided further, that funds may be expended to expand programs that received funding from this item in prior fiscal years  |
