1102-3025 | Integrated Facilities Management For the integrated facilities management of real property for which the division has assumed supervision and control of operational services, maintenance, repair, and management; provided that the division may establish a chargeback system with respect to any state real property managed by the division, which complies with the requirements of section 28A of chapter 7C of the General Laws; provided, further, that the division shall develop formulas to determine the cost that will be charged to each agency occupying properties managed by the division; and provided further that the division may charge and collect from each agency occupying any properties managed by the division a fee sufficient to cover the division's reasonable costs of providing integrated facilities management services
