| 0339-1003 | Office of Community Corrections For the office of community corrections and performance-based contracts for the operation of community corrections centers; provided, that the office shall submit a report to the house and senate committees on ways and means not later than February 26, 2015; and provided further, that the report shall include, but not be limited to: (a) the performance standards used to assess the success of community corrections centers; (b) a description of how each community corrections center rates based on performance and utilization data; (c) the amount of each contract awarded to community corrections centers on a per client-day basis; (d) standards for terminating contracts with underperforming community corrections centers; and (e) a plan for increasing the use of community corrections centers by the courts, the department of correction and the sheriffs |
