8800-0100 | Nuclear Safety Preparedness Program For the Nuclear Safety Preparedness Program of the Massachusetts emergency management agency; provided, that the costs of the program, including fringe benefits and indirect costs, shall be assessed upon Nuclear Regulatory Commission licensees operating nuclear power generating facilities in the commonwealth; provided further, that the department of public utilities shall develop an equitable method of apportioning such assessments among such licensees; and provided further, that such assessments shall be paid during the current fiscal year as provided by the department |
