4190-0300 | Holyoke 12 Bed Retained Revenue For the soldiers' home in Holyoke which may expend not more than $671,530 for the operation of 12 long term care beds from revenue generated through the occupancy of these beds; provided, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the soldiers' home may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate, as reported in the state accounting system |
