| 2800-0101 | Watershed Management Program For the watershed management program to operate and maintain reservoirs, watershed lands and related infrastructure of the department and the office of water resources in the department of conservation and recreation; provided, that the amount of the payment shall be charged to the General Fund and shall not be included in the amount of the annual determination of fiscal year charges to the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority assessed to the authority under the General Laws; and provided further, that the department shall continue to make payments under chapter 616 of the acts of 1957, as amended by section 89 of chapter 801 of the acts of 1963 |
