| 0511-0002 | Corporate Dissolution Program For the operation of the corporations division; provided, that the division shall implement a corporate dissolution program which shall have a specific focus on limited liability corporations and limited liability partnerships that have failed in their statutory responsibility to file an annual report; and provided further, that the division shall file quarterly reports with the house and senate committees on ways and means and the executive office for administration and finance detailing the total number of annual reports filed as a result of this program and the amount of revenue generated for the commonwealth |
