Nursing and Resident Care Facility Base Year
SECTION 26.
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, nursing facility and resident care facility rates effective July 1, 2011 under section 7 of chapter 118G of the General Laws may be developed using the costs of calendar year 2005.
Summary:
This section changes to 2005 the base year for setting fiscal year 2012 nursing and resident care facility rates.
