| 8910-0003 | Forensic Services Program for Incarcerated Persons For 2 regional behavioral evaluation and stabilization units to provide forensic mental health services within existing physical facilities for incarcerated persons in the care of correctional facilities in the commonwealth; provided, that 1 unit shall be located in Hampden county to serve the needs of incarcerated persons in the care of Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire, and Worcester counties; provided further, that 1 unit shall be located in Middlesex County to serve the needs of incarcerated persons in the care of Barnstable, Bristol, Dukes, Essex, Nantucket, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, and Suffolk counties; and provided further, that the services of the units shall be made available to incarcerated persons in the care of the department of correction |
