| 0640-0096 | State Lottery Commission - Health and Welfare Benefits For the purpose of the commonwealth's fiscal year 2012 contributions to the health and welfare fund established under the collective bargaining agreement between the lottery commission and the Service Employees International Union, Local 888, AFL-CIO; provided, that the contributions shall be paid to the trust fund on the basis that the collective bargaining agreement provides; and provided further, that a sum equal to 25 per cent of the amount appropriated in this item shall be transferred each quarter from the State Lottery Fund to the General Fund |
