SECTION 40.
Subsection (b) of section 63 of chapter 118E of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the second sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- The assessment shall be sufficient in the aggregate to generate in each fiscal year the lesser of $240,000,000, or an amount equal to 6 per cent of the revenues received by the taxpayer, as the term "revenues received by the taxpayer" is defined in 42 C.F.R. § 433.68(f)(3)(i)(A).
