SECTION 30.
Subsection (h) of section 6 of said chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in section 32 of chapter 47 of the acts of 2017, is hereby amended by striking out the figure "23", each time it appears, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following figure:- 30.
