SECTION 24.
Clause (2) of section 59 of chapter 23K of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out subclause (i) and inserting in place thereof the following subclause:- (i) 10 per cent shall be credited to the Debt and Long-Term Liability Reduction Trust Fund established in section 2ZZZZ of chapter 29.
